采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,从河南省第十一届运动会大学生组探析我省高校体育发展的现状与问题。结果表明,我省高校体育工作在取得一定成绩的同时,还存在教练员、体育场馆设施以及招生生源等方面的问题。提出了拓宽教练员选聘渠道;适度扩增场馆设施建设;完善体育单招制度;吸引优秀生源,避免人才外流等优化对策。
By using the methods of literature materials and questionnaires, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of physical education development in colleges and universities in our province from the group of undergraduates at the 11th National Games in Henan Province. The results show that while some achievements have been made in physical education in colleges and universities in our province, there are still some problems such as coaches, stadium facilities and sources of students. Proposed to broaden the selection of coaches channel; moderately increase stadium facilities; improve sports single recruit system; attract outstanding students, to avoid brain drain and other optimization measures.
