为了提高矿用电器设备的可靠性,保证煤矿电网的安全运行,提出矿用永磁固封式真空断路器操作机构控制系统的设计方案。基于PIC单片机设计控制系统硬件电路和软件程序,包括IGBT驱动电路和控制信号电路,对IGBT动作过电压缓冲技术和硬件抗干扰技术进行研究。试验表明,该系统可以控制永磁机构驱动矿用永磁固封式真空断路器完成分合闸操作,满足设计的预期要求。
In order to improve the reliability of mining electrical equipment and ensure the safe operation of coal mine power grid, a design scheme of the control system for operating mechanism of mine permanent magnetic fixed vacuum circuit breaker is put forward. Based on PIC microcontroller design and control system hardware and software programs, including IGBT drive circuit and control signal circuit, IGBT over-voltage buffer technology and hardware anti-jamming technology research. Experiments show that the system can control the permanent magnet mechanism driven mine permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker to complete the closing operation, to meet the expected design requirements.
