目的:探讨肺结核患者痰标本不合的原因且制定出相应对策。方法:收集我院2011年3月至2013年12月肺结核患者不合格痰标本200例,进行分类研究,找出不合格原因。结果:本组不合格的肺结核患者痰标本,不合格因素主要是标本量不足、保存方式不得当等。结论:为保证肺结核患者痰标本质量,应加强对肺结核患者的健康教育,同时应加强对医护人员和管理人员的培训,提升医护人员的责任心和业务水准。
Objective: To investigate the causes of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with sputum samples and to develop appropriate countermeasures. Methods: We collected 200 cases of unacceptable sputum from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2011 to December 2013 and conducted classification studies to find out the causes of unqualified cases. Results: The group of unacceptable sputum specimens of patients with tuberculosis, the main factors of unqualified specimen amount is not enough, the preservation may not be appropriate. Conclusion: To ensure the quality of sputum samples in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, health education should be strengthened for patients with tuberculosis. At the same time, training of medical and nursing personnel and managers should be strengthened so as to enhance the sense of responsibility and professional standards of medical staff.
