报告52例脑深部肿瘤采用CT导向立体定向技术,用放射性胶体磷酸铬(32p)进行内放射性治疗。其中31例联合甲氨喋呤Methotrexate(MTX)内化疗。术后经临床和神经放射学随访6~52月,临床症状消失15例,改善27例,无效6例,恶化4例;头颅CT扫描复查证实肿瘤消失7例,肿瘤体积缩小>50%29例,肿瘤体积缩小25~50%6例,肿瘤体积缩小<25或增大>50%以上10例,无手术死亡和颅内感染并发症。作者认为,此法操作简便,效果确实,并发症少,适合于治疗颅内深部及重要功能部位的肿瘤,尤其对囊性薄壁的肿瘤效果最佳,对于厚壁,囊内结节及<3cm的实质性肿瘤均有疗效。本组资料表明,联合内放疗疗效比单纯内放疗为佳。
52 cases of deep brain tumors were reported using CT-guided stereotactic techniques and internal radiotherapy with radioactive colloidal chromium phosphate (32p). Thirty-one patients were treated with Methotrexate (MTX) chemotherapy. Followed by clinical and neuroradiological follow-up 6 to 52 months, clinical symptoms disappeared in 15 cases, 27 cases improved, 6 cases were invalid, 4 cases deteriorated; head CT scan confirmed 7 cases of tumor disappearance, tumor size reduction> 50% 29 cases The tumor volume was reduced by 25 to 50% in 6 cases, and the tumor volume was reduced by <25 or increased >50% in 10 cases. There was no operative mortality or complications of intracranial infection. The author believes that this method is simple, effective, with few complications, suitable for the treatment of tumors in the deep and important functional parts of the brain, especially for cystic thin-walled tumors the best effect, for thick-walled, intracapsular nodules and < 3cm solid tumors have a curative effect. The data in this group shows that the efficacy of combined internal radiotherapy is better than that of internal radiotherapy alone.
