新课程改革犹如一股春风,为我们的教育注入了生机,也给我们带来了崭新的教学舞台。经过近几年的改革,应该说出现了一些可喜的变化:课堂教学已摆脱了原来那种严肃、死板的模式,一种活泼的、充满情趣的、更为贴近学生生活、更加人性化的课堂模式,正逐渐形成。但是由于对课改的认识不足,部分教师不同程度地产生了急功近利的浮躁心理,出现了不深入、不务实、讲形式、走过场等极端现象。
