曾几何时,“走出去”还是企业对于做大做强的一个梦想,如今,这已成为一些大企业经营战略的一个重要组成部分。但同时,我们也要清醒地认识到:与世界大型跨国企业相比,中国跨国经营企业的规模普遍比较小,平均只有100万美元左右,远远小于发达国家600多万美元、其它发展中国家平均450多万美元的水平。在本期中,我们特别把中外一些知名企业对于“海外扩张”的看法和经验作了一个归纳,希望能给我们其他还未走出去或正在筹划走出去的企业作个参考。

At the same time, however, we must also be soberly aware that the scale of multinational enterprises in China is generally small compared to the world's largest multinational corporations, averaging only about 1 million U.S. dollars, far less than the 6 million U.S. dollars in developed countries. In this issue, we especially summed up the opinions and experiences of some well-known Chinese and foreign enterprises in respect of “overseas expansion.” We hope that we can give a reference to other enterprises that have not yet gone abroad or are planning to go global.
