本试验由11个玉米自交系按双列式组配成55个单交组合,在三个地点试验。产量及组成性状的稳定性参数的估计按Tai的方法进行。稳定性参数的配合力分析表明:产量、穗长、百粒重、籽粒深度等组成性状的稳定性的线性反应的遗传主要受GCA所控制;在直线响应离差的表现中,GCA和SCA都同样重要。产量稳定性在相关分析中主要与百粒重、籽粒深度、穗重、穗粒重和单株穗数的稳定性反应有关,而穗长和行粒数与其它组成性状表现出一种互补关系。
In this experiment, 11 maize inbred lines were doubly grouped into 55 single cross combinations and tested in three locations. The yield and compositional stability parameters were estimated using the Tai method. The analysis of the combining ability of the stability parameters showed that the inheritance of the linear response of the stability of composition traits such as yield, ear length, grain weight and kernel depth was mainly controlled by GCA. In the performance of linear response dispersion, both GCA and SCA of equal importance. The yield stability was mainly related to the stability of 100-grain weight, grain depth, panicle weight, spike weight per plant and panicles per plant in the correlation analysis. However, the grain length of panicles and other components showed a complementary relationship with other compositional traits .
