一九八三年的试验结果表明,在杂交水稻繁殖、制种喷施赤霉素时,添加0.01~0.10%的表面活性剂,能增加植株对赤霉素的吸附吸收量,提高赤霉素的使用药效。为了验证这一结果,一九八四年用30、40、50ppm赤霉素作添加0.03%表面活性剂和不加表面活性剂的对比试验,进行形态测量和生理分析。测定结果表明:施用赤霉素添加表面活性剂的处理,株高、节间总长、叶绿素含量、根系活力、茎鞘总糖调运利用率均比对照增高,谷物产量也相应提高,而表面活性剂对种子发芽率无不良影响,显示出一定的增产效果和较佳的经济效益。
