随着人类生态文明建设进程的推进,低碳经济、低碳技术、碳汇机制、低碳消费方式正日益影响和诱导着人类的生产和消费方式。旅游作为人类文明进步的产物,具有响应低碳经济模式、运用低碳技术、推行碳汇机制、倡导低碳消费方式的先天优势。文章初步探讨了发展低碳旅游的理论基础,分析了低碳旅游主要行为主体及其低碳旅游行为,在此基础上提出了低碳旅游发展模式,认为政府、旅游企业、旅游者三方互动,共同践行低碳行为是实现低碳旅游持续发展的主要途径。
With the progress of the construction of human ecological civilization, low-carbon economy, low-carbon technologies, carbon sequestration mechanisms and low-carbon consumption patterns are increasingly influencing and inducing human production and consumption patterns. As a product of the progress of human civilization, tourism possesses the innate advantages of responding to the low-carbon economy, using low-carbon technologies, implementing carbon sequestration mechanisms and advocating low-carbon consumption patterns. The article has probed into the theoretical basis of developing low-carbon tourism, analyzes the main actors of low-carbon tourism and its low-carbon tourism behavior, and puts forward the development mode of low-carbon tourism on the basis of which the government, tourism enterprises and tourists, To jointly practice low-carbon behavior is the main way to achieve sustainable development of low-carbon tourism.
