本文对我科1972年1月～1984年3月收治的小儿过敏性紫癜151例进行了分析: 男:女=1.32:1;多见7～14岁儿童(82.8％):以冬春季节发病居多(65.7％)。56例病初有发热,27例以上感起病。临床症状:皮肤紫癜151例(100％),关节肿、痛85例(56.29％)腹痛100例(66.23％),便血68例(54.03％),呕血11例(7.28％),肉眼血尿22例(14.5％),浮肿53例(35.1％),头痛2例(1.32％)。首发症状有皮肤紫癜115例,关节症状17例,腹痛17例,肉眼血尿1例、浮肿1例。26
In this paper, our department from January 1972 to March 1984 treated children with Henrysain purpura 151 cases were analyzed: male: female = 1.32: 1; more common in children aged 7 to 14 (82.8%): the onset of winter and spring Mostly (65.7%). 56 cases of early fever, more than 27 cases of onset. The first symptom of skin purpura in 115 cases, 17 cases of joint symptoms, abdominal pain in 17 cases, 1 case of gross hematuria, edema in 1 case. 26
