据中国医学细菌中心杨正时报告,腹泻常见的病因有九类:感染性、胃肠道畸形、酶缺损、机械性、免疫因素、内分泌紊乱,营养不良、药物性、“功能性”。1975年亚非拉三大洲(除中国)五岁以下儿童,100个中每年有98例腹泻。每年约500万人死于腹泻。我国估计每年有3,000万人“拉过肚子”。“新”的腹泻病原是:大肠杆菌、小肠结肠炎耶氏菌、空肠弯曲菌、嗜酸性弧菌、新的腹泻病毒如人类轮状病毒、诺瓦克病毒等。建议成立专门性研究机构——中国腹泻研究中心。
According to the Yang Zhengshi of the Chinese Medical and Bacterial Center, there are nine common causes of diarrhea: infectivity, gastrointestinal malformations, enzyme defects, mechanical, immune factors, endocrine disorders, malnutrition, medicinal properties, and “functional.” In 1975, there were 98 children with diarrhea in 100 out of 100 children under three in Asia, Africa and Latin America on each of the three continents (except China). About 5 million people die each year from diarrhea. My country estimates that 30 million people “pull their belly” each year. The “new” pathogen of diarrhea is: Escherichia coli, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter jejuni, Vibrio acidophilus, new diarrhea viruses such as human rotavirus, Norwalk virus and the like.
