目的对二至丸处方提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位和水饱和正丁醇萃取部位进行化学成分研究。方法采用柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,经过波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果从二至丸处方提取物的醋酸乙酯和水饱和正丁醇部位共分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、熊果酸(2)、木犀草素(3)、芹菜素(4)、槲皮素(5)、特女贞苷(6)、蟛蜞菊内酯(7)、去甲蟛蜞菊内酯(8)、甘露醇(9)、女贞苷G13(10)和木犀榄苷二甲酯(oleoside dimethyl ester,11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该复方中得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extraction site and water saturated n-butanol extraction site of Erzhiwan prescription extract. Methods The column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results Eleven monomer compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and water-saturated n-butanol fractions of Erzhi Pill prescription, and were identified as oleanolic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), luteolin 3), apigenin (4), quercetin (5), lentinan (6), wedelia lactone (7), norethindrone lactone (8), mannitol (9) (10) and oleoside dimethyl ester (11). Conclusions Compounds 1-11 are obtained from this compound for the first time.
