目的 研究培哚普利防治压力超负荷性左室肥厚的作用及其机制。方法 术后 6周后测定平均动脉压 (MAP)、左室重量 /体重比值 (LVW /BW) ,图像法测算出心肌间质胶原蛋白总体积 (V(c) t)和每一心肌细胞核所在的心肌细胞的平均体积 (V(m) n) ,放免法测定心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度 (MAⅡ )。结果 和假手术组相比 ,腹主动脉缩窄组MAP、V(c) t、LVW /BW、V(m) n和MAⅡ均显著增加 ;低剂量组MAP显著增高 ,余指标无显著差异 ;高剂量组各指标无显著性差异。LVM/BW和MAⅡ高度相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 高、低剂量培哚普利均可防止心肌肥厚和间质胶原蛋白的沉积 ,其机制可能是抑制了MAⅡ的产生。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of perindopril in preventing and treating stress overload left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods Mean arterial pressure (MAP) and left ventricular mass / body weight ratio (LVW / BW) were measured 6 weeks after operation. The total volume of collagen in cardiac interstitium (V (c) (V (m) n), and the myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ concentration (MA Ⅱ) was determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The MAP, V (c) t, LVW / BW, V (m) n and MA Ⅱ in abdominal aorta constriction group were significantly increased compared with those in sham operation group. The MAP in low dose group was significantly increased, High-dose group no significant difference in each index. LVM / BW was highly correlated with MA II (P <0.01). Conclusion Both high and low doses of perindopril can prevent myocardial hypertrophy and deposition of interstitial collagen, which may be due to the inhibition of MA Ⅱ production.
