前人对中药炮制有“不及则功效难求、太过则性味反失”之论。中药蜜炙是中药炮制最基本最常用方法之一。中药人员应将其作为基本知识加以掌握。蜜灸一般方法为以蜂蜜加适量水用中火炼至沸腾起鱼眼泡状得到纯蜜,再加定量开水,沸腾后倾入干净饮片拌匀待蜜吸尽,用文火炒至不粘手,盛入筛中闷润后凉透使用。笔者曾多次见到不炼纯蜜,直接炒炙或以蜜与药材拌后炒炙等方法进行蜜炙,这些方法都不足取。根据蜜炙体会,笔者认为蜜炙中有三点值得注

I have repeatedly seen unstrained pure honey, directly fried or mixed with honey and medicinal herbs and other methods of making honey, these methods are inadequate.
