简要介绍了以水动力学数值模拟方法为基础 ,以历史和最新的实测水文、地形资料及设计洪水、设计潮位成果为依据 ,确定现状水面线计算的边界条件和计算工况、进行数学模型的率定和验证并计算西、北江下游及其三角洲网河河道的现状洪潮水面线的全过程。以现状水面线为基础 ,结合水文频率分析和 1 982年水面线等成果 ,拟定出西、北江下游及其三角洲网河河道的设计洪潮水面线 ,为西、北江下游及其三角洲流域的防洪规划、堤防建设、水资源和河道滩涂资源的开发利用、取水工程、航道工程等工作提供合理、完整、定量的基本参数 Based on the numerical simulation of hydrodynamics and the history and the latest measured hydrology, topographic data, design floods and design of tide levels, the boundary conditions and calculation conditions for the current waterline calculation are briefly introduced.
