一、引言可锻铸铁中的硫,对流动性、收缩性、裂纹倾向性、退火的难易和机械性能指标均有很大的影响,各厂对此甚为关注。熔炼可锻铸铁的铁焦比低,焦炭中硫分对铁水含硫量的影响大于友铸铁是显而易见的。在炉料中废钢比例大,锈蚀较多,因而给炉内增硫大开了方便之门。此外,可锻铸铁车间的回炉料用量亦大,多次反复熔炼,硫量势必在铁水中积累。凡此种种,都对冲天炉熔炼低硫
