本文较全面地介绍了Д]100型大功率柴油机上球墨铸铁曲轴的铸制经验。叙述了型砂及芯砂的成分选择,造型及浇注工艺的特点,球墨铸铁曲轴原铁水的熔制及炉料成分。介绍了最适宜的化学成分之确定过程。指出了曲轴上、下端的强度,延伸率的频率图,以及铸铁的总碳硅含量对曲轴的硬度及显微组织的影响。指出了消除黑斑的方法。比较了35号钢、合金铸铁及球墨铸铁曲轴的性能特点。最后,指出了采用球墨铸铁曲轴的经济效果。
This paper introduces the casting experience of ductile iron crankshaft on Д] 100 high-power diesel engine. Describes the composition of sand and core sand selection, modeling and casting process characteristics, the ductile iron crankshaft melting of molten iron and charge composition. The most suitable chemical composition determination process is introduced. The crankshaft, the lower end of the intensity, the elongation of the frequency diagram, and the total carbon-silicon cast iron on the hardness and microstructure of the crankshaft. Point out the way to eliminate dark spots. The performance characteristics of 35 # steel, alloy cast iron and ductile iron crankshaft are compared. Finally, the economic effects of using ductile iron crankshafts are pointed out.
