本文对套细胞淋巴瘤1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,67岁。反复咳嗽、咳痰20 a余,加重3 d来我院就诊。门诊血WBC 26.9×109/L,L 0.91。血涂片可见小淋巴细胞升高,形态大致正常。收治入院后查体:双颈部及左颌下可触及多个肿大淋巴结,最大1.5 cm×1.5 cm,质软,活动度可,无压痛,胸骨压痛阴性。胸部CT示纵隔、双侧腋下、所见腹腔多发淋巴结肿
