采用正交设计方法设计并进行了以惰性气体为发泡剂的注塑发泡工艺实验,以实验数据为样本建立了BP人工神经网络实验模型。在此基础上就工艺参数对制品减重百分数的影响做了预测,对实验与预测结果进行了分析。分析表明:在所设定的工艺参数范围内,预测结果与注塑实验结果的变化趋势基本相符。以实验数据为基础建立的注塑发泡过程人工神经网络实验模型较好地反映了实验因素与减重之间的关系。
Orthogonal design method was used to design and conduct an injection molding foaming process using inert gas as a blowing agent. The experimental data was used as a sample to establish a BP artificial neural network experimental model. Based on this, the influence of process parameters on the percent weight loss of products was predicted, and the experimental and forecasting results were analyzed. The analysis shows that: within the set process parameters, the predicted results are basically in line with the trend of the experimental results. The artificial neural network experimental model based on the experimental data established the injection foam process better reflects the relationship between experimental factors and weight loss.
