根据中国医学科学院血液病研究所提供的高铁血红蛋白测定方法,通过实践,我们稍作改进,专人对上海地区140例城市健康成人采指血作了测定。现将测定方法、结果和体会分述如下。 测定方法 1.试剂 (1)pH6.6M/60p.B.液; (2)5％铁氰化钠(或钾)液; (3)6％氰化钠或氰化钾液。 2.操作步骤 取一试管,加入pH6.6M/60p.B.液10ml,加入新鲜全血0.1ml,充分混匀后经过离心10分钟(3000转/分。)用吸管吸取离心后的上清液5ml移入A管,另5ml移入B管。
