本文应用盘状电泳和等电聚焦分析了4种肝脏吸虫成虫的可溶性蛋白质。肝片吸虫、华枝睾吸虫、东方次睾吸虫、台湾次睾吸虫的盘状电泳结果区带数分别为20、18、18和15条,主带数分别为5、4、8和5条;等电聚焦结果区带数分别为28、22、24和24条,主带数分别为10、3、7和7条。蛋白电泳结果显示,东方次睾吸虫和台湾次睾吸虫为两个独立虫种。用数量分类学的相似率表示四种吸虫蛋白电泳谱的相似程度,结果显示东方次睾吸虫和台湾次睾吸虫最为相似,亲缘关系最近。
In this paper, four kinds of liver flukes adult soluble protein was analyzed by electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing. Fasciola hepatica, Clonorchis sinensis, Clonorchis sinensis, and Clonorchis sinensis were 20, 18, 18 and 15, respectively. The main bands were 5, 4, 8 and 5 ; The number of isoelectric focusing results was 28, 22, 24 and 24 respectively, and the number of main bands was 10, 3, 7 and 7 respectively. Protein electrophoresis results show that the Eastern Clonorchis sinensis and Taiwan’s testis are two independent insects. Similarity of quantitative taxonomy was used to show the similarities of the four kinds of fluke electrophoresis spectra. The results showed that the most common researches were between the relatives of Clonorchis sinensis and Clonorchis sinensis.
