过量饮酒是当今世界范围内一个重要的公共卫生问题,嗜酒者2/3可发展为酒精性肝病,包括脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎、肝纤维化、肝硬化和肝细胞癌等。为探讨γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量在慢性乙醇摄入大鼠肝脏中的动态改变,进行了下述实验观察。
Excessive alcohol consumption is an important public health problem in today’s world. Alcoholic 2/3 can develop alcoholic liver disease, including fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. In order to investigate the dynamic changes of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) activity and glutathione (GSH) content in rat liver induced by chronic ethanol intake, the following experimental observations were made.
