文章分析了《中国博硕士学位论文全文数据库》发行中存在的弊端,对于如何 平衡作者、出版者和公众三者的利益提出了个人看法,并对CDMD提出了5点改进意见。

The article analyzes the shortcomings in the publication of the full text database of Chinese dissertations of Master of Dissertations and proposes personal opinions on how to balance the interests of the authors, publishers and the public, and puts forward five suggestions on how to improve CDMD.
