理论建设是党的思想政治建设的重要方面,理论素养是领导干部素质的核心。重视理论建设既是我们党的优良传统,也是新形势下提高党的执政能力建设的重大举措。近年来,兰州交通大学狠抓领导班子的理论建设, 着力提升领导班子的理论素养和水平,努力发挥学校领导班子的领导核心、政治核心和团结核心的作用,为学校建设和发展提供了有力的思想、政治和组织保证。
Theoretical construction is an important aspect of the party’s ideological and political construction. Theoretical accomplishment is the core of the quality of leading cadres.
