几年来,随着经济体制改革的不断深化和企业经营承包责任制的逐步发展,林业企业在经营机制、产品产业结构等方面迈出了可喜的一步,但随之而来也产生了一些追求急功近利等与改革的宗旨和目的相悖的短期行为。这种短期行为,影响了国家和企业的长远利益,阻碍了林业生产力的发展。因此,防止和解决林业企业短期行为问题是摆在我们面前急切而又重要的工作。本文拟就林业企业短期行为产生的原因及抑制对策,做一点粗浅的探讨,旨在引起管理者和经营者的注意。
