上海建工集团是由原来的上海市建筑工程管理局转制而成的大型建筑企业集团,在上海众多的建筑企业中当属“大哥大”。但在集团转制初期,众多问题困扰着集团的领导们,随着改革的不断深化,企业要发展,集团要壮大,寻找什么为突破口,这是集团成立后的首要问题。
Shanghai Construction Engineering Group is a large-scale construction enterprise group transformed from the original Shanghai Construction Engineering Administration Bureau. It is a “big brother” among a large number of construction enterprises in Shanghai. However, many problems plagued the leaders of the group during the initial restructuring of the group. With the continuous deepening of the reform, the development of enterprises, the growth of the group and the search for breakthroughs are the most important issues after the establishment of the group.
