用黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶系统(X/XO)产生活性氧,诱发豚鼠右室前乳头肌氧化损伤,通过动物实验观察了阿司匹林(Aspirin,Asp),卡托普利(Captopril,Cap)及Asp+Cap对心肌活性氧损伤的保护作用。发现Asp(28mmol/L)对X/XO(4mmol/L,5nmol/L)诱导的心乳头肌收缩性、不应期、兴奋性和自律性的变化,以及心肌SOD活性降低、MDA含量升高,无显著抑制作用;相反Cap(02mol/L)可显著抑制由X/XO诱导的上述各项指标的改变,显示其对心肌活性氧损伤的保护作用;Asp(28mmol/L)与Cap合用不影响Cap的这种保护作用
Oxidative damage of right anterior papillary muscle was induced by xanthine / xanthine oxidase system (X / XO), and Aspirin (Asp), Captopril (Cap) and Protective effect of Asp + Cap on myocardial reactive oxygen species damage. The results showed that Asp (28 mmol / L) had a significant effect on the contractility, refraction, excitability and self-discipline of cardiac papillary muscles induced by X / XO (4mmol / L, 5nmol / L) (20 mol / L) significantly inhibited the changes of these indexes induced by X / XO and showed its protective effect on myocardial ROS; Asp (28 mmol / L) L) with Cap does not affect this protective effect of Cap
