作为可持续发展研究中一个重要工具——物质流分析法——经过近几年研究完善和发展,已被许多专家和学者认可,有些发达国家已将其纳入环境经济账户体系中。物质流分析法通过对经济系统代谢规模的统计,不但衡量了资源利用的有效性,而且在客观上也反映了给生态环境造成的压力。我国从21世纪初开始,经过几年的深入研究也取得一定的成果。
As an important tool in the study of sustainable development - material flow analysis method - after many years of research and perfection and development, it has been recognized by many experts and scholars. Some developed countries have incorporated it into the environmental economic account system. Through the statistics of the metabolic scale of the economic system, the material flow analysis method not only measures the effectiveness of resource utilization, but also objectively reflects the pressure on the ecological environment. Since the beginning of the 21st century, our country has also achieved some achievements after years of in-depth studies.
