第五届全国红外科学技术交流会议期间发表的论文中,关于红外探测器和材料研究理化分析方面的论文约占30%,即每三篇就有一篇是理化分析方面的论文。这标志着国内红外科技的迅速发展中作为基础研究的理化分析工作正在深入发展。本届交流会上光电材料器件方面的理化分析文章五倍于热电方面。这表明人们主攻的目标是开展窄禁带半导体的基础研究。因而本文将主要对窄禁带半导体材料和器件基础研究中的理化分析工作加以介绍,对热电器件和材料不作叙述。
In the papers published during the Fifth National Conference on Scientific and Technological Radiation Science and Technology, about 30% of the papers on physical and chemical analysis of infrared detectors and materials research were made, that is, one in three articles on physical and chemical analysis. This marks the rapid development of the domestic infrared technology as the basic research of physical and chemical analysis is in-depth development. The current exchange of photovoltaic materials and devices in the physical and chemical analysis of articles five times in terms of thermoelectric. This shows that the main goal of people is to carry out basic research on narrow bandgap semiconductors. Therefore, this paper will mainly introduce the physical and chemical analysis work in the basic research of narrow bandgap semiconductor materials and devices, and does not describe the thermoelectric devices and materials.
