为充分发挥青海省矿产开发学会的桥梁纽带作用,更好地为会员单位服务,4月15日,青海省矿产开发学会第二次会员代表大会暨换届改选大会在省国土资源厅二楼会议室召开。各直属事业局、州(市)国土资源局主要负责人;各会员单位负责人及特邀相关部门领导参加了会议。青海省国土资源厅巡视员、筹备工作领导小组组长、会长王建斌出席会议并作工作汇报,副厅长、副会长李志勇主持了会议。巡视员王建斌代表筹备领导小组向大会作工作报告。
