日本钢管公司福山厂3号高炉6月喷吹煤粉操作达到了266kg/t,超过了神户制钢加古川厂1号高炉今年3月创下的254kg/t纪录,创下了单一高炉月平均喷煤比的世界纪录。为了延长焦炉寿命和降低炼铁成本,日本各公司都先后引进了喷吹煤粉技术。但是,存在着增加煤粉喷吹量高炉难以稳定操作的问题。到目前喷吹量仍限制在250kg左右。日本钢管公司采用提高回旋区内煤粉燃烧率等措施,实现了超过260kg的高喷煤比。福山厂3号高炉(3223m~3)1994年8月点火,喷煤设备是2号、3号高炉共用的。3
