本文应用亲本、Fl、F2资料,估算了F_1杂种优势,F_1自交衰退和世代间及F_2代各性状同的相关。结果表明:谷子产量性状具有较强的高亲优势,证明谷子杂种优势应用于生产是可行的。F_2代各性状均有衰退表明,优势不能连续保持。双亲性状表现,可以预测F_1、F_2代性状优劣。同一世代各组合性状间相关程度因杂交组合而异,但趋势范一致的。单株产量与穗长、千粒重、穗粒数关系密切,千粒重与穗粒数、码数呈负相关。
In this paper, the parents, Fl and F2 data were used to estimate the F1 heterosis, F_1 selfing recession and the correlation between F_2 generation and generations. The results showed that the yield traits of millet had stronger high-pro-dominance, which proved that it is feasible to apply the millet heterosis to the production. The decline of all traits in F_2 showed that the advantages could not be maintained continuously. Parental traits can predict the pros and cons of F_1 and F_2 generations. The correlation between the traits of the same generation in different combinations varies with hybrid combinations, but the trend is consistent. The yield per plant was closely related to the spike length, 1000-grain weight, and the number of grains per spike. The grain weight per 1000-grain weight was negatively correlated with the number of grains per spike.
