本文在分析工作分享理论内涵的基础上,阐述了工作分享制在西方国家产生的积极效果,为应对当前经济周期和解决我国就业难的问题作了有益的理论探索。
On the basis of analyzing the connotation of work sharing theory, this paper elaborates the positive effects of work sharing system in western countries and makes a useful theoretical exploration for coping with the current economic cycle and solving the difficult employment in our country.
