1980年我们对农进2号A×幸吨这一新组合的不育系、保持系、恢复系和杂种的过氧化物酶和酯酶的同工酶进行了分析测定,实验结果表明:农进2号A×幸吨的过氧化物酶的酶谱图式,无论功能叶片或是花药的杂种酶带数目都较其亲本多出一条酶带,且与大田观察结果相互印证,表现出有明显的优势;酯酶的酶谱图式,也无论是功能叶片或花药的杂种酯带数目都较其亲本多出1—2条酶带,而且杂种的酶带与其亲本有相似之处,同样也表现出有明显优势.
