团队的成长一般需要经过四个阶段:1.形成阶段形成阶段促使个体成员转变为团队成员。每个人在这一阶段都有许多疑问:我们的目的是什么?其他团队成员的技术、人品怎么样?每个人都急于知道他们能否与其他成员合得来,自己能否被接受。
The growth of the team generally needs to go through four stages: 1. The formation stage The formation stage to promote individual members into team members. Everyone has many questions at this stage: What is our purpose? What are the skills and personalities of other team members? Everyone is eager to know whether they can get along with other members and whether they can be accepted.
