“师生关系”是教师与学生在理智、情感和行为诸方面进行的动态人际交往。在学校,教师和学生是教学过程中最活跃的因素,我们几乎天天上课与学生接触往来,因此,“师生关系”是教学过程中最基本最重要的人与人之间的关系,是人际关系在学校中的具体体现。教师与学生的关系是在共同的教育活动中,通过信息交流与沟通逐步建立起来的。教师的教学对象是学生,教与学是一个双边活动过程,师生只有配合默契、合作愉快,才能产生良好的教学效果。师生关系是教学工作中一个永恒的话题,特别是在全面推进素质教育的今天建立良好的师生关系更加重要。本文从以下几个方面简单阐述如何建立良好的师生关系。
“Teacher-student relationship ” is a dynamic interpersonal interaction between teachers and students in terms of reason, emotion and behavior. In school, teachers and students are the most active factors in the teaching process. We come into contact with students almost every day. Therefore, “relationship between teachers and students” is the most basic and important relationship among people in the teaching process. Is a concrete manifestation of relationships in the school. The relationship between teachers and students is gradually established through information exchange and communication in common educational activities. Teachers’ teaching objects are students. Teaching and learning are a bilateral activity process. Teachers and students can only produce good teaching effects if they cooperate with tacit understanding and enjoy pleasant cooperation. The relationship between teachers and students is an eternal topic in teaching work. It is even more important to establish a sound relationship between teachers and students, especially in today ’s overall quality education. This article briefly describes how to establish a good relationship between teachers and students in the following aspects.
