一、战后日本的交通政策与国土计划和经济计划的联系在日本的计划体系中,计划主要分为国土计划和经济计划两大类。前者通常包括大约10~20年滚动的长期计划。它依据1950年颁布的“国土综合开发法”制定,主要作用在于阐明土地资源的空间配置及对这种空间结构中国家社会经济活动发展的调整。国土计划由“全国综合开发计划”、“地区开发计划”、“县级综合开发计划”和“特定地区综合开发计划”
First, post-war Japan’s transport policy and land planning and economic planning links In Japan’s planning system, the plan is divided into two major categories of land planning and economic planning.
