DPE锌酸盐镀锌是从工艺改革上消除氰化物的毒害,保护环境的一个重要途径。本文就锌酸盐电解液中添加剂的选择、锌酸盐电解液中添加剂DFE对阴极过程的影响、DPE工艺过程和应用以及有关DFE添加剂毒性及DPE镀锌废水处理等方面的问题作了论述。
DPE Zincate Zinc plating is an important way to eliminate cyanide poisoning and protect the environment from the process reform. In this paper, the choice of additives in zincate electrolyte, the influence of additive DFE in zincate electrolyte on cathodic process, the DPE process and application, the toxicity of DFE additive and the treatment of DPE galvanized wastewater are discussed in this paper.
