“Statistics and Analysis of Chinese Scientific Papers” was completed by the China Science and Technology Information Institute commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. It has been conducted for more than 10 years. The release of statistical results has had a greater impact both at home and abroad. The statistical results also provide an objective quantitative assessment basis for government decision-making departments and various science and technology management departments. In order for the statistical results of the dissertation to reflect the basic condition and level of Chinese scientific research,
