技能大赛是职业院校深化教学改革,提升教育教学质量,加强校企合作,办出职业教育特色的重要手段。本文以教育教学成果创新实践为目标,阐述了江苏农林职业技术学院通过农业专业技能大赛促进农科专业建设和人才培养模式的转变和创新,为培养更多适应产业需求和社会主义新农林建设需要的高素质技能型合格人才奠定了良好基础,同时也为相关教育教学工作的研究提供了参考。
Skill competition is an important means for vocational colleges to deepen the teaching reform, improve the quality of education and teaching, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and set up vocational education.
