西藏第一座佛、法、僧俱足的桑耶寺坐落在多颇章村以西30公里处,桑耶寺的建设与其后佛法的弘扬有剪不断的关系。多颇章的意思是建在山沟口上的宫殿,也是和平解放之前多颇章庄园的名字。传说中,最初修建桑耶寺的时候,多颇章的卓舞就已经存在了。西藏的卓舞,有山南和日喀则两种风格。多颇章卓舞就是典型的山南风格。舞者所用的腰鼓鼓帮上拴有两条鼓带,一条围扎在表演者腰上,另一条围扎在表演者大腿根
Samye Monastery, the first Buddhist, monastic and law-abiding monastery in Tibet, is located 30 kilometers west of Do-Dok Chapter Village. The construction of the Samye Monastery has been continuously linked to the development of the Dharma. The meaning of Dopod is the palace built on the mouth of the Mogo and also the name of a multi-chapter manor before the peaceful liberation. Legend has it that at the time of the original construction of Samye Monastery, there was already much dancing. Zhuo dance in Tibet, Shannan and Shigatse two styles. Multi-chapter Zhang Zhuo dance is a typical Shannan style. The drums and drums used by the dancers are tied to two drum bands, one in the waist of the performer and the other in the performer’s thighs
