避孕套能否做广告,能否上电视节目的问题争论已久。现在丁玫、丁文华同志又从法律角度提出当前存在着借预防性病、艾滋病同伴教育之名,行推销避孕套之实,用不正当手段误导青少年,诱惑、唆使青少年参与婚前性交的违法行为。这种名为健康教育传单,实为推销避孕套的非法广告,严重危害我国青少年的身心健康,败坏社会道德风尚,与精神文明建设背道而驰;因此远不只是一个严肃的法律问题。我们建议《中国性科学》杂志发表丁玫和丁文华的文章,同时刊出有关传单“青少年安全行为选择”(见封三),供读者参考和讨论,特别是要提请教育、卫生、工商、司法和精神文明建设等有关部门给这一讨论以足够的关注和重视。
