In order to conclude and exchange experiences in organizing medical cooperation consortia across the country and promote hospital reform, the Ministry of Health held an experience exchange meeting on the National Health Care Collaboration Consortium in Shenyang from July 15th to 19th, 1986. Comrade Gu Yinqi, the Deputy Minister of Health, will present the summary speeches at this meeting and the experience materials of the metallurgical system “cooperation, mutual assistance, and pioneering and advancement”, and will forward them to you, asking you to refer to the actual situation of the unit for reference.
