目的:对欣母沛治疗产后出血的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法:选取2011年9月-2015年5月期间我院收治的66例产后出血患者,根据不同的治疗方法将患者随机分为对照组(32例)和治疗组(34例)进行对照研究,观察并比较缩宫素和欣母沛的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为94.1%,显著高于对照组患者的75%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者产后2h内以及产后2-24h内的出血量均显著少于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欣母沛治疗产后出血能够取得显著的临床效果,能够使患者子宫有效地收缩,具有安全、方便、高效、快捷等诸多优点,是临床上治疗产后出血的首选药物,值得在临床实践中大力推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Xin Maopei on postpartum hemorrhage.
