目的:探讨建立一种简便易行的大鼠移植性肝癌模型方法。方法:取体重160一180g雄性SD大鼠35只,随机分为实验组和对照组:实验组(n=25)门静脉接种Walker-256细胞质;对照组(n=5)同样方法注射相同剂量的生理盐水,1周后超声观察肿瘤并取材,进行病理学检测。结果:8只成瘤,成瘤率8/25,成瘤率为32%,病理学证实为肝细胞癌。而对照组0只成瘤,成瘤率0%。结论:直接注射法制作大鼠肝癌模型简便、易行,是建立移植性肝癌模型的一种比较理想的选择。
Objective: To explore a simple and easy method of rat liver transplantation model. Methods: Thirty-five male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 160-180 g were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group (n = 25) was inoculated with Walker-256 cytoplasm in the portal vein. The control group (n = 5) After 1 week, the tumors were observed by ultrasound and drawn for pathological examination. Results: 8 tumor-forming, tumorigenic rate 8/25, tumorigenesis rate was 32%, pathologically confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma. The control group 0 tumor, tumor formation rate of 0%. Conclusion: The direct injection method of rat liver cancer model is simple and easy, it is an ideal choice to establish a model of liver cancer.
