背景:光学相干断层成像(opticalcoherencetomography,OCT)是一种新型的非接触性、非损伤性的视网膜断层扫描技术,可分辨显示微小的视网膜神经上皮层的浆液性脱离,并能定量测量视网膜神经上皮层或色素上皮层下液的范围,以评估视力恢复情况。目的:光学相干断层成像技术在评估特发性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(idiopathiccentralserouschorioretinopathy,ICSC)时视力与神经上皮层关系及其预后中的应用价值。设计:单一样本研究。单位:一所大学医院的眼科中心。对象:1999-01/2003-06暨南大学医学院深圳眼科中心初诊的ICSC患者。男32例,女8例;年龄平均(36.2±5.6)岁。干预:采用Zeiss-HumphreyOCT成像仪进行检查。对ICSC的浆液性脱离区分别测量其最大脱离范围和最大脱离高度,并计算平均值和标准差。主要观察指标:视力、浆液性脱离的最大脱离范围和最大脱离高度。结果:40例(41眼)ICSC的OCT图像均表现为黄斑中心的视网膜神经上皮层局限性脱离,脱离范围在705~5720μm犤平均(3051±1338)μm犦,高度55~491μm犤平均(270±114)μm犦。4眼合并有色素上皮层浆液性脱离。并经统计表明脱离范围、高度与视力相关。结论:OCT作为一种客观的无损伤的视网膜断层扫描技术,其高分辨率的特性在ICSC的诊断、定量分析和病程视?
BACKGROUND: Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new non-contact, non-invasive retinal tomography technique that resolves the serous detachment of the tiny retinal neuroepithelium and quantifies retinal nerve The area under the cortex or pigment epithelium to assess visual acuity recovery. Objective: The value of optical coherence tomography in the assessment of the relationship between visual acuity and the neuroepithelial neocortex and its prognosis in patients with idiopathic central serous choroidal retinopathy (ICSC). Design: Single Sample Study. Unit: a university hospital ophthalmology center. PARTICIPANTS: ICSC patients newly diagnosed at Shenzhen Ophthalmic Center of Jinan University from January 1999 to June 2003. 32 males and 8 females; mean age (36.2 ± 5.6) years. Intervention: Examination was performed using a Zeiss-Humphrey OCT imager. The maximum detachment range and maximum detachment height of the ICSC serous detachment zone were measured separately and the mean and standard deviation were calculated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The maximum detached range and the maximum detached height of visual acuity and serous detachment. Results: OCT images of 40 eyes (41 eyes) showed localized detachment of the retinal neuroepithelium in the center of the macular derangement, ranging from 705 to 5720 μm in average (3051 ± 1338 μm) and in height of 55 to 491 μm (270 ± 114) μm 犦. 4 eyes combined with pigment epithelial serous detachment. And statistics show that out of range, height and vision related. Conclusion: OCT as an objective non-invasive retinal tomography technology, its high resolution characteristics in the diagnosis of ICSC, quantitative analysis and course of disease?
