本文采用光周期差值百分数(pd)分析了72个黑龙江省主要推广大豆品种光周期反应差异及其稳定性。结果表明,这些品种虽来源于纬度相近地区,但各品种对光周期反应差异较大;品种间出苗至开花阶段(Ve-R1)的光周期差值百分数变异幅度较大(2.2-28.9%),变异系数为65.9%;出苗至成熟阶段(Ve-R8)变异幅度为2.0-13.6%,变异系数为34.7%;在供试品种中,大部分品种Ve-R1、Ve-R8阶段的pd值小于10%;相邻纬度Ve-R1阶段pd值差异不明显,但Ve-R8阶段及株高的pd值有随纬度增高而加大的趋势;不同年份间品种对光周期的反应具有一定的相对稳定性。
In this paper, the difference of photoperiod response and its stability in 72 main soybean varieties promoted in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed using the difference of photoperiod (pd). The results showed that although these cultivars originated from similar latitudes, the variation of photoperiodic response varied greatly among different cultivars. The percentage of photoperiodic difference between emergence and flowering stage (Ve-R1) was higher (2.2-28 .9%), the coefficient of variation was 65.9%; the range of variation from emergence to maturity was (Ve-R8) 2.0-13.6%, and the coefficient of variation was 34.7% The pd values of Ve-R1 and Ve-R8 were less than 10%. The pd values of Ve-R1 and Vez-R8 in adjacent latitudes were not significantly different. However, pd values of Ve-R8 and plant height tended to increase with latitude. The response of varieties to photoperiod in different years has a certain relative stability.
