本文认为:研究和实践邓小平同志坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的思想,必须从理论上进一步弄清两个文明建设的关系,确立两个文明建设是不分先后主次,互为目的,互为条件,协调发展,互相促进的关系。两个文明与哲学基本问题是在层次上、历史上、领域上不同的范畴,两个文明之间与物质精神之间也各有不同的关系,两个文明协调发展是社会进步的最佳状态。
This paper argues that in studying and practicing Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s thinking of “keeping both hands open and both hands hard”, we must further clarify the relationship between the two civilizations in theory and establish the two civilizations as being the most important and the most important For the purpose of mutual conditions, coordinated development, promote each other’s relations. The two basic issues of civilization and philosophy are different categories at the level, history and field. There are also different relations between the two civilizations and the materialistic spirit. The coordinated development of the two civilizations is the best condition for social progress .
