在我省我市有的医疗机构出于商业目的把自己的门诊或病房租赁给个人承包,而这些承包人的医疗行为无人监管;还有一些个体诊所、美容机构的医疗行为也存在严重的违规经营行为,给社会造成一定危害。这不仅严重损害了医疗卫生行业的形象,而且使人民的生命安全得不到保证。因此,亟需加强监督。今后,应做好以下几项工作。一是严禁医疗机构将门诊或病房租赁他人用于行医活动。二是为保证就医者的安全,对不合法定条件的诊
