目的:观察自拟健脾益肾方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效,并观察对生活质量及免疫指标等方面的影响。方法:93例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,研究组49例采用化疗同时配合健脾益肾法辨证治疗,对照组44例仅给予单纯化疗,治疗2周期后评价疗效,并对治疗前后症状改善、生活质量、毒副反应、免疫学指标变化等进行评定。结果:两组近期疗效无差异(P>0.05),研究组在症状改善、生活质量、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞等免<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾方联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌,可改善症状、减轻化疗副反应、提高患者免疫功能及生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of self-made Jianpi Yishen Recipe combined with chemotherapy on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and to observe the impact on quality of life and immune indexes. Methods: Ninety-three patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. 49 cases in the study group were treated with chemotherapy combined with spleen and kidney therapy. 44 cases in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone and evaluated after 2 cycles. Before and after treatment to improve the symptoms, quality of life, side effects, changes in immunological indicators such as assessment. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the short term efficacy (P> 0.05). The improvement of symptoms, quality of life, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cells were all less than 0.05 in the study group. Conclusion: Jianpi Yishen Recipe combined with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer can improve the symptoms, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and improve the immune function and quality of life of patients.
